Somatic Experiencing™ (or SE™) is a body-oriented method for the healing of trauma and other stress disorders. If you want to know more about this type of work, click here.
Tairseach means ‘threshold’ in the Irish language. Tairseach members offer a practice of Somatic Experiencing™ to people who want to work through the aftermath of trauma.
